Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how NAXPRT ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with naxprt.com, our business enquiries, and our B2B cold email and appointment-setting services.
What we collect
Information you provide. When you email us, use the website chat, or discuss our services, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, business email, company, phone number, message, and campaign requirements.
Business prospect information. For B2B prospect research, we may obtain professional information from clients, public business sources, and authorized business-data providers such as Apollo. This can include a person’s name, role, employer, business contact information, professional profile, and recruiting specialization.
Technical information. Our hosting and chat providers receive information needed to deliver their services, such as IP address, browser and device information, page address, request time, and service logs. The chat feature may use cookies or browser storage to maintain a conversation.
Email enquiries and website chat
The “Prepare my enquiry” form creates an email draft in your browser. You review and send that draft through your own email app; pressing that button alone does not send the enquiry to NAXPRT.
The separate website chat is powered by HighLevel / LeadConnector. Information you submit through chat, including your messages and any contact details you provide, is transmitted to that provider and made available to NAXPRT so we can respond and manage the conversation. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive information through chat.
HighLevel processes customer information for the businesses using its services. You can also read its published privacy information below.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver agreed services, research relevant business prospects, manage client relationships, maintain communication preferences, protect the website from abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Where we handle information on a client’s behalf, the client’s instructions and our service agreement also govern that work. We use business contact information for relevant business purposes and maintain suppression records to honor requests not to be contacted.
Text messages (SMS) and phone calls
Providing a phone number, browsing this website, or accepting these policies does not by itself opt you in to automated or marketing texts or calls. If you separately request or expressly opt in to customer-care texts or calls, we use your number for the purpose explained when you opt in, such as enquiry responses, consultation scheduling, reminders, or service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below. To withdraw permission for calls, tell us during a call or contact us by email. A request to stop may be followed by a confirmation of your opt-out.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in records and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Providers that help deliver messages or support the service may process this information only to perform those functions. These restrictions apply throughout this policy.
When consent is collected, we retain the information needed to document it and to honor later withdrawals. Read the communication terms for additional details.
How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, client relationship, agreed service, security, or applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and purpose. We may keep limited suppression or consent records so that deleting an enquiry does not cause us to contact someone who opted out.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information about you, or ask us to stop using your business contact details for outreach. Use an unsubscribe option where provided, reply to our email, or contact us below. You may have additional rights depending on where you live and the law that applies.
We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes, or suppression. We respond within applicable legal time limits.
Security and processing locations
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
