Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of naxprt.com and its enquiry and chat features, provided by NAXPRT ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Paid work is also governed by the written service agreement accepted by you and NAXPRT.

What we provide

NAXPRT provides B2B cold email lead generation and appointment-setting services. Work may include target-market planning, business prospect research, outreach preparation, reply handling, and meeting handoff, as specified in your service agreement.

The website describes our offer and lets you contact us. An enquiry, chat conversation, or email draft does not by itself create a paid engagement or book a meeting.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate information and keep any information necessary for an active engagement up to date.

Pricing and booked-meeting criteria

Our offer uses a pay-per-booked-meeting model. The price, target audience, qualifying criteria, any setup or technology fees, and how cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or disputed meetings are handled must be agreed in writing before campaign work begins.

The website does not establish a fixed price, free trial, minimum meeting volume, or guaranteed sales result. Examples and demonstrations are illustrative, not promises of future performance.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Payment timing, invoicing, cancellation notice, refunds, and any renewal arrangements are governed by your written service agreement and applicable law. Contact us to discuss changes or cancellation of an engagement. Nothing on this website replaces terms already agreed in writing.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, offers, campaign instructions, and materials you provide, and for having the rights and permissions necessary to use them. You authorize us to use those materials to carry out the agreed services.

You must provide relevant exclusions and opt-out information for campaigns and cooperate in honoring communication preferences. Both parties must comply with applicable laws and the requirements of the platforms used. You may not request impersonation, deceptive claims, unauthorized access, or contact that disregards an applicable opt-out.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or chat for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or provide information about others without authority.

Website enquiries and chat

The enquiry form prepares an email draft for you to review and send from your email app. The separate HighLevel / LeadConnector chat transmits the messages and contact details you submit so we can respond. Neither feature guarantees an immediate response or creates a binding quote unless we expressly agree in writing.

Do not send sensitive information through chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry and chat information is handled.

Text messages and phone calls

If you separately request or expressly opt in to NAXPRT customer-care texts or calls, communications may concern your enquiry, consultation, appointment reminders, campaign or service updates, and support. Any marketing or automated calling program requires the consent and disclosures applicable to that program. Merely entering a phone number or using this website does not grant that consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can also email us for help or to withdraw permission for texts or calls. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process that information to deliver messages or provide support, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Website materials

NAXPRT’s website materials and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site to evaluate or obtain our services, but may not reproduce its materials for resale or represent them as your own without permission. Ownership and permitted use of campaign deliverables are addressed in your service agreement.

Third-party services

Hosting, email, chat, data, and communications services may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own applicable terms. We do not control third-party outages, filtering decisions, delivery delays, or changes to those services.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict website or chat access where reasonably needed to address abuse, unlawful activity, or security risks. Termination of paid services and any resulting payment obligations are governed by your service agreement and applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitations

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Campaign outcomes depend on factors such as your offer, market, prospect response, and sales process; booked meetings do not guarantee revenue.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NAXPRT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional obligations or liability provisions for paid services are set out in your written agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these website Terms and will post the revised version and date here. Changes to an existing paid engagement are handled under its written agreement. If you disagree with revised website Terms, stop using the website.
